Menu & Reservation Information

All dinners are by reservation only.
Dinner is $34.00 per person, not including tax or gratuity.

Menu : Our December Dinner series will be a three course dinner. Included is either a soup or a salad, an entree course, and dessert. Coffee or Tea are also included. Wine, beer and soda may be purchased separately with dinner.

It is strongly encouraged to make reservations early as there are limited seats. All reservations need to be made by December 14.

BEGINNER COURSE (one choice included, both for additional $4)

Roasted Beet Salad with Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, Guan ache and Balsamic Vinaigrette


Pumpkin and Bacon Soup 

ENTREES (choose one)

Grilled Elk wrapped in Bacon with a Creamed Leek & Over Easy Egg Demi Glace served with Caramelized Onion over Dutchess Potato and Swiss Chard

Grapenut Flake Encrusted Haddock with Smoked Ham Risotto and Caramelized Fennel 

Grilled Rib Eye with Herbed Provence Butter served with the evening's dinner sides  

Vegetable Ratatouille  on top of Caramelized Fennel Risotto

DESSERT(included)

Swedish Rice Pudding (According to tradition, whichever guest at the table finds the almond in their pudding will have a great year to look forward to!)



Reservation Information

1. All dinners are by reservation only.
2. Reservations can be made up until December 14.
3. The following information is needed for a reservation: Contact name, phone, and/or email address, number of guests in the party, the beginner and entree course choices for each guest, any dietary concerns, and a credit card number to hold the reservation.
4. Reservations can be cancelled up until December 13. Reservations cancelled after Dec. 13 will incur a $20 per guest cancellation charge.
5. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
6. You can make reservations by emailing dinners@flaghill.com or calling 603-659-2949.


Time

1. Reservations will be staggered between 5:30 and 7:00 on a first come first serve basis. We will work with you on a dinner time for your party when the reservation is made.
2. Your dining experience will begin with the opportunity to taste a few of our wines in the tasting room before seating for dinner.
