Flag Hill Winery: Weddings & Private Events
Flag Hill offers a beautifully landscaped property in the heart of New Hampshire. Surrounded by lush acres of vines and fields, its distinctive country setting, with elegant rolling hills, is close to all major roads and services. We are able to host weddings, private dinners and luncheons, or private wine tastings in either our indoor or outdoor facilities. Personal gourmet menus, created by our chef, along with a fine staff, have enabled Flag Hill's reputation to flourish. Advanced booking is recommended for all private events as our annual calendar fills up very quickly. You are invited to visit and view the site anytime during open hours. Site visits of the grounds and facility for your event are available by appointment. Please contact our Event Coordinators to schedule your visit.

Our Justice of the Peace, Owner & Winemaker, Frank Reinhold has assisted in making dozens of couple's dreams of a luscious winery wedding an unforgettable memory. A variety of packages are available to suit all needs. Let us assist in making your wedding the most special day of your life.
Start planning for 2011 now! We are currently scheduling appointments and booking for the 2011 season. Our outdoor tented facility seating up to 200 guests is open June-October. Unlike some other facilities, your day is all about you - we book only 1 wedding a day, but this does mean that available dates go quickly. There are still a few select dates available for the 2010 season. If you are looking to put together a wedding in a short amount of time, we are ready to help you accomplish that. An Outdoor Tented Event - 2011
We have taken care of all the details. Everything needed to have a beautiful reception will be provided. Site fee for the inclusive services for $1,400. The tent accommodates groups sized 70 to 200. We are a full service catering facility capable of meeting the finest dining demands. Outdoor events under the tent are held June - mid September.
Reception Services include:
- 5 hours for your event at Flag Hill
- Luxury white wedding tent - overlooking the vineyard (includes a complete set of sides & is fully lighted)
- Tables & Chairs - 60 inch, 8 person round tables; white wedding chairs.
- Linens - White linen covering all tables.
- Napkins - White or burgandy linen napkins. (Other options are available for an additional fee)
- Restroom facilities - Indoor, handicap accessible facilities have been provided in the immediate vicinity of the tent.
- Banquet tables - covered in linen for the gift, check-in, DJ & cake table.
- A Dance floor - easily accommodates large groups & a band or DJ.
- A separate Bar Area serving your favorite wine, beer, and mixed drinks.
Should you desire to also have your wedding on the site we have also provided you with all the conveniences. The wedding fee is $500.
Wedding Services
- A beautiful wedding arch overlooking the vineyard.
- White wedding chairs set up at the wedding arch.
- The availability of a Justice of the Peace to perform the ceremony & assist with creation of your wedding vows.
- An on site wedding rehearsal.
- An additional 1/2 hour of time for the ceremony.
- An appropriate private area for the bride & her attendants to make final preparations for the ceremony.
Your Indoor Event
Just like our outdoor facility we are fully capable of handling smaller receptions in our dining room October through May. Our newly renovated indoor venue will be re-opening in May of 2010 and will hold 85-100 guests. The list of services provided is the same as an outdoor wedding with the exception of the site fee, which is $700 (includes five hours of usage time without additional charge). All the services listed above are included in each of our indoor events.
