Wild Blueberry Wine available for Pre-Sale

Question: You're all asking for it, the state is asking for it, everybody wants it, we want to make it .... so where is it?!?!

Answer:The popularity of the Wild Blueberry Fruit Wine highly surpassed our expectations last season. It's smooth taste in the mouth, subtle blueberry nose, and it's versatility to showcase excellent flavor both chilled or warm made it a "must have" on everybody's list - including the State of NH. Not that we're complaining, but unfortunately it's popularity combined with the fact that the blueberry season in Maine last year was a hard hit one, made blueberries a hard commodity to find. Pertaining to this season, it looks to be the same, blueberries are in high demand compared to the amounts being harvested.

We will be purchasing and producing the popular Wild Bluberry Fruit Wine again this fall, with an anticipated availability for the end of September (depending on the final aging and settling process). We have a contract obligation to give a fair amount of that to the State of NH for the State Liquor Stores. The remaining cases will be for sale at Flag Hill.

We will be accepting pre- sale orders for the Wild Blueberry Table Wine leading up to its release. Those interested in placing a pre-sale order can call 603-659-2949, email wine- info@flaghill.com, or stop by the Tasting Room & Gift Store. Pre-sale orders also receive some additional benefits. Information about ordering is below.

  • Minimum pre-sale order is 2 bottles.
  • The pre-sale order purchaser will receive a 10% discount on any other additional bottles of wine, spirits, or retail store items you purchase in the store at the time of order pickup.
  • The pre-sale order cost will be $12.95 per bottle and must be paid for at the time of the pre-sale order. In addition to the 10% discount on the day of pickup, you will get the benefit of a locked in price for the Blueberry Wine at last season's pricing ($12.95). Pricing for the blueberries is not guaranteed to us until the actual blueberry harvest comes in and we have been told it is likely the prices for blueberries will go up, it is a possibility that the price of the wine may go up this season (it will definitely not go down), but for those that pre-order you will receive the locked in price of $12.95. All pre-sale orders are final.
  • Pre-sale orders are run only through Flag Hill, not through the NH State Liquor Stores or any other reseller of Flag Hill wines.
  • Pre-sale orders must be picked up within 9 days of availability notification.
  • Estimated availability date is September 21, due to the nature of wine, that date remains flexible.
