New law passed: Stark Vodka now available at Flag Hill
New NH law passed! General John Stark Vodka is now available for tasting and purchase at Flag Hill Distillery in Lee, NH !
Flag Hill Distillery is pleased to annouce that on July 5, 2005 the Governor of NH signed into law Senate Bill 86. As the first distillery in the state of NH, it took the efforts of many people to establish and solidify this bill such that Flag Hill Distillery may now allow tasting of its liquor and spirit products. As part of this new law, Flag Hill Distillery is now able to sell liquor and spirit products that have been manufactured on our premises. Sales of our liquor products are limited to direct consumers (we cannot sell to other on-premises licensees) at no more than one case to a customer per sale and no more than 12 cases per customer per calendar year.
